KORA

Inspired by the sub-tropical vernacular of early Gold Coast beach shacks, Kora delivers a collection of seven premium residences in the picturesque beachside locale of Currumbin. The architectural expression responds sensitively to the surrounding environment, with a fluid central spine tapering out to form expansive floating balconies where the sub-tropical climate can be enjoyed year-round with sweeping views of the coastline. 

When developing the renders for Kora, our vision was to capture the beachside character of Currumbin which is reflected so well throughout the architecture and interiors. Elements such as pastel surfboards and lightweight timber furniture speak to the local beach culture and lifestyle, while soft morning light drenches the interior and compliments the natural palette of materials. Throughout the main living areas camera angles were positioned to capture the seamless transition from indoor to outdoor, emphasising the lifestyle benefits of Currumbin’s sub-tropical climate and sweeping ocean views.
