We kick things off with a briefing workshop, where we understand the project, the prospective buyers, and the marketing and sales assets to be created. By understanding where and how visual assets will be used, and what buyers you are targeting, we can provide solutions crafted to achieve your goals.

With all briefing components confirmed, we will then come back to you with concepts on a dedicated client board for your project. This client board helps us set the project's artistic direction and define the desired lighting aspect to best frame your project from the get-go.

THE PROCESS

Volume Vision has a simple, clear, and well-documented process, to ensure your project brief is met, and all elements delivered.

Throughout the project, you and your team will have transparent and live access to our project board, where all changes, updates, and feedback are captured and delivered.

Capturing all stages of each individual asset, never search for the last email or hunt down attachments in your inbox - simply refer to your client board for the most up-to-date information on your project. The bigger the project, the more useful your client board becomes! Ensure all project stakeholders, architects, interior designers, and creative agencies are all on the same page, eliminating the need for lengthy email chains, and saving hours of your time.

Receive a weekly project summary detailing the status of each asset, and the next stage or requirements. Make reporting back to your funders, developer, and team simple by inserting it into your project update, and save doubling up administrative efforts

THE ART DIRECTION & STYLING

An art director and interior designers are assigned to your project from the very beginning to ensure consistency all the way through.

To maintain a cohesive vision and high-quality imagery, we appoint a lead art director and interior designer from our team to develop furniture and styling concepts that align with your project and potential buyer preferences. These concepts will be presented to you for review and approval before proceeding further.

Whether you choose to feature specific designer furniture, lighting or decorations, or opt for bespoke elements - our team will model each item to ensure it reflects the art direction perfectly.

THE CAMERA ANGLES & PREVIEWS

Receive your camera angles quickly and efficiently, with multiple options and variations to explore, with first preview images rendered to the highest quality.

Working with developers and project marketers for almost 10 years, we know it’s important to stay flexible and nimble. By providing multiple camera angles within days of photography, you get to explore variations and options efficiently, giving you time to choose what best suits your project. On receipt of the first proof, you will have a high-quality render to review, to ensure all finishing items and elements are easily identified and incorporated.
