Marella by Sandbox Properties offers 7 luxurious waterfront residences in Runaway Bay. Each residence features a private waterfront pool, rooftop bar, and private boat mooring with easy access to the Broadwater and ocean via the canal. The building's natural stone, timber-look battens, and white render exterior blend elegantly with its coastal surroundings, complemented by Dune St Landscape Architects' striking landscaping design. The project's renders showcase the full experience of Marella, including 2 exteriors and 7 interiors with carefully planned lighting and furniture direction.

The project's strong link to water is highlighted by an early morning setting in the renders, allowing soft morning light to flow into the apartments from across the canal and Broadwater. The warm and inviting atmosphere created by the soft angular lighting emphasizes the interior design features such as custom joinery, natural stone, and sunken lounge.
