CÔTE

Located in the beachside suburb of Palm Beach, Côte offers 17 elegantly crafted apartments with a focus on lifestyle, amenity, and the experience of ‘home’. Each residence has been designed to capture panoramic views from the ocean through to the Hinterland, with floor to ceiling windows carefully placed to deliver an abundance of natural light to the interior spaces. A warm interior palette creates a strong sense of home within each residence, complemented by organic forms and textured finishes to reflect the fluid and tactile nature of the coastline below. 

When developing the renders it was important to continue the design language expressed throughout the interiors, so furniture and styling pieces were carefully selected to reflect this warm, tactile and homely experience with an elegant contemporary feel. An understated palette of light-toned fabrics, timber and stone complement the interior finishes without demanding too much attention, whilst carefully positioned earthy accents reinforce the warmth of the spaces. Early morning lighting was used to create a soft interior atmosphere, where the play of light and shadow emphasises the textural finishes throughout the interior.
