35 Grant Avenue offers 58 contemporary townhouses with extensive green space, recreational amenities, and a central garden on Hope Island. Our work on the project includes 14 renders highlighting the carefully considered architecture, tranquil landscaping, and overall experience.

With landscaping being a key feature of the design, we chose a lighting direction with strong contrast and deep shadowing to best showcase this aspect of the project. This lighting choice enhances the depth of materials and creates engaging patterning as dappled light is seen peeking through the vegetation.

The furniture selection ties in with the architectural and lighting direction of the project, with contemporary pieces in a colour palette of neutrals and blacks, softened with timber accents. Selective organic, curved furniture pieces break up the rigid form of the architectural and hardscape elements, tying into the project's theme of contrast.
