THE CHALLENGE

Due to the absence of a traditional onsite sales display, NPA Projects recognised their need for a sales solution that could showcase their project with outstanding visuals to attract potential buyers. Our web-based sales software was the only solution that offered a captivating and interactive experience for prospective buyers. Recognising the effectiveness of a walkthrough as a powerful sales tool, our client determined that it was a necessity for their sales team.

THE APPROACH

The Volume Vision team worked closely with the client and their interior design team, MIM Design, to establish a unique art direction for the project. Collaborating with MIM Design enabled us to understand their vision and align our efforts towards creating a visual representation that would reflect their creative direction.

Our team dedicated themselves to modelling each piece of bespoke furniture, which was a vital aspect of interior design. By modelling each item of furniture and styling pieces, we were able to create an accurate representation of the project that perfectly complements the high-quality finishes of each apartment.

DYNAMIC SALES TOOL

By leveraging our sales software, NPA Projects were able to showcase the unique features of the project, which gave them the flexibility to present on-the-road, online and from their office space without compromising on the experience of their prospective buyers.

IMMERSIVE WALKTHROUGH

Volume Vision developed a 3D walkthrough to showcase the sophisticated high-end finishes of each apartment. This immersive virtual tour provides viewers with an accurate sense of what it's like to walk through the space, emphasising the intricate details of the luxurious materials used throughout. In addition, the 3D walkthrough highlights the generous living areas that lead onto expansive balconies, giving viewers an understanding of the property's size and scope and allowing them to visualise how they could utilise the space.

RENDERS & ANIMATIONS

Our team produced a variety of 3D renders which were not only visually striking, but also accurately represented the project, surpassing the client's expectations. The successful outcome of this project showcases our passion for creating 3D renders that align with our client's vision and exceed their expectations.
