THE CHALLENGE

When Steer Developments reached out to Volume Vision for renders of their Côte project, they were looking for someone who could best capture the architectural vision of the project without compromising on the timeframes which were critical to their sales campaign - something which had proven challenging in the past.

With an initial brief of 13 renders and photography, we worked closely with the interiors team at Plus Architecture to deliver on time with exceptional quality, with the brief later expanded to include additional renders, animations, a mini-walkthrough and our sales software considering the success of the first round.

THE APPROACH

With its desirable beachside location and elegantly crafted design, the perfect opportunity presented to integrate the mini-walkthrough into the marketing campaign which proved to be a valuable asset to the sales team. The walkthroughs effectively worked in conjunction with the renders and animations to deliver an immersive buyer experience which truly represents the development from its broader context down to the intricate details of the design.

Considering the large scope of work and various mediums involved, a key focus of our approach was to ensure that all visual assets worked cohesively to support the sales process and guide potential buyers through the project in a way which is easy to visualise for someone who isn’t familiar with the project. To do so, we developed a clear direction at the beginning of the project for the shot positions, lighting, furniture and styling which responded to the design language, the site context and the target market.

DYNAMIC SALES TOOL

Volume Vison’s sales software proved to be an invaluable tool for our client, providing them with a range of customizable features to showcase their project in a dynamic and engaging manner. The software's flexibility allowed them to present their project consistently across various platforms, offering potential buyers a seamless and high-quality experience. Moreover, the software's online-based nature proved to be particularly advantageous for interstate buyers, enabling them to engage with the project from anywhere and at any time.

INTERIOR WALKTHROUGH

Volume Vision’s 3D walkthrough technology was instrumental in enhancing our client's marketing efforts. By showcasing the project's beachfront location, materials and finishes, and expansive living spaces, the walkthrough provided unparalleled detail and realism, enabling buyers to visualize themselves in the residences and get a sense of the project's unique characteristics.

AMENITY WALKTHROUGH

Unique to Côte is the exceptional wellness centre, with a pool, lounge area, gym and yoga room.

The amenity walkthrough captures this unique feature of the development and draws buyers into the space, showcasing the features and finishes of this rejuvenation retreat.

3D RENDERS & ANIMATIONS

The final collection of assets produced by Volume Vision resulted in an engaging representation of Côte, which truly captures the vision of the project. Responding to the expressive design language, each image was carefully considered to best capture the warm, tactile and homely experience of the interiors and its lifestyle-focused amenities. Using an understated palette of light-toned fabrics, timber and stone, the furniture and styling pieces elegantly complement the interior finishes and sweeping beach and hinterland views, while carefully positioned earthy accents reinforce the warmth of the spaces. Early morning lighting was used to create a soft interior atmosphere where the play of light and shadow emphasises the textural finishes used throughout the design.
